The first stage of size reduction. Tyres are cut in half for safe handling, inspection and contamination removal before further processing.
OTR Sidewall Cutter
Separates the heavily reinforced sidewalls and bead wire from the tread. This protects downstream equipment, enables higher-value material recovery and here's something you won't find elsewhere: the sidewalls are repurposed into durable earthmover tyre scraper blades, ready for reuse in demanding environments.
OTR Shear & Secondary Processing
Reduces remaining tyre sections to uniform sizes for efficient baling, transport and integration into standard recycling streams.
Twin Shaft Earthmover Tyre Shredder
High-torque shredding of processed sections into consistent, manageable pieces, prepared and ready for final recovery.
Our technicians also operate Tyre Curing Autoclaves and Re-grooving Stations, extending tyre life wherever possible and squeezing every last bit of value from your investment before recycling becomes necessary.
