Major Tyre Repairs

We provide earthmover tyre repairs and plant tyre repairs UK-wide. Major repairs can be turned around within 24 hours. 

We have a fully trained and highly skilled team of repair technicians who can handle any task. A loan tyre will be fitted and we take your defective tyre back to our depot for major repair.

We never use heat pads, as they can weaken the structure of the tyre. Instead, we designed and operate the UK’s largest tyre autoclave, which pumps in air and heats the tyre for a specified timeframe. The repairs we provide can range from cosmetic to major reconstruction, including the strengthening of the sidewall, shoulder and tread. 

Repaired tyres are then booked in for refitting on your site, at a time convenient to you. We use only Rema Tip Top repair products, a world-renowned brand that manufacturers outstanding patches, glue and rubber rope, ensuring the very best results.
